The Fourth Industrial Revolution
Throughout recorded history there has been steady advancements in technology. Over the last four centuries, industrialization has progressed rapidly from “Mechanical Production” in the Mid 1700s, to “Science & Mass Production” in the early 20th century, to the “Digital Revolution” in the mid 1900s. Most recently, beginning around the turn of the 21st century, we’ve seen the Digital Revolution give way to the “Fourth Industrial Revolution.”
The Fourth Industrial Revolution is a concept describing the blend of technologies that blur the lines between our physical, digital, and biological worlds. It is disrupting just about every business in every part of the world.
